Both parties, Bixos (Odekta) and Helis Yapı—are fully informed and compliant with applicable Turkish laws and regulations. The structure of our offering differs from some of the Real World Asset (RWA) tokenization models seen in other regions such as the UAE.

Firstly, investors do not acquire direct ownership of the properties. Instead, Helis Yapı’s properties, already fully rented, generate steady rental income, from which fixed interest payments (between 9–12%) are made to investors. This ensures that your investment is backed by a well-established construction and real estate company, offering a stable and secure return.

Additionally, we have entered into a formal agreement with Helis Yapı Construction stipulating that the properties will not be sold for a minimum period of five years. After this holding period, any sale proceeds will be shared proportionally with Bixos (Odekta). These profits will then be distributed back to investors based on their initial investment allocation.

To further enhance transparency and investor confidence, we are currently upgrading our WEB2 investment platform estate.bixos.com to a WEB3 version. The new system will include Proof of Investment in the form of NFTs (non-fungible tokens). This functionality is expected to go live within the next two-six months, at which point investors will be able to freely trade their NFTs, along with their associated interest claims on open NFT marketplaces.
